Nazi Propaganda Note Schwan-Boling 412.
This is a slightly oversized German propaganda piece dated Series of 1943 that uses the design and colors of a United States small size Gold Certificate, right down to the Treasury signatures of Wood and Mellon. The back is overprinted in three languages. Interestingly, "P.S.K. 83" has replaced "TEN" in one of the denomination ribbons on the back.
