1982, Scott #829 Olive Branch, major error - PHOSPHOR SPILLAGE ERROR Additional phosphor spread over 90% of sheet. SUPER WIDE band from top to bottom of 2nd stamp from right, almost covering the whole stamp. Similar band on far left vertical row. Spectacular phosphor error. plate- tab block extremely interesting under UV light. Post office staple holes on far left side margin.

According to Research made so for from this type pf-P[paper only 155 Sheets have been printed Serial Numbers 071881 till 071936. Plate block, as explained above is unused, original gummed, and GENUINE in any respect.
