Mi:DR 347X, Sn:DE C23, SG 361 tied by Luftpost - airmail cds September 15 and oval onboard postmark 'Mit Luftschiff Z.R.3 befordert' in violet. The reverse side bears a special rectangle cachet in red describing the flight of the ZR3 as well are New York cds Oct. 15, 1925 and Brooklyn Oct. 15 1924.. Based at Lakehurt, New Jersey the Navy later named the Zeppelin 'Los Angeles'
