On back: CapeTown Registeration label, and hand stamp 'Insufficiently paid for Airmail / Cairo' besides 'Cairo Airmail /  Dec. 16' cds.Enclosed with 'KISMET // Cape Town' head-letter, tipped and signed  by the pilot, explaining his signature on an envelope that was not flown by himself.
