REGISTERED Cachet RC3 Nr.278 "A RARE MARK", Cancellation is a CAIFFA 1-29/9/1917, Berlin Arrival Pmrk on back. Red "SENSOR" Label on reverse. Cover sent by Mrs Jaffe in Petah Tikvah, forced due to WW I by the Turkish Authorities to send via CAIFFA. Mrs Jaffe notes at front bottom of cover that Petah Tikvah is near JAFFA.
