Photograph, Gordonia was established in Galicia in 1925. It had branches in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Serbia, France, Ukraine, Israel, Argentina, the United States and even Algeria and Tunisia. Its members began immigrating to Israel in 1929 - most of them as part of the pioneer.
Gordonia became a member of the group's youth movement and in 1934 joined all groups of the Gordonia youth movement (formerly incorporated under the Gordonia Association), together with the leader of the movement Pinchas Lavon. In 1940, she united with the rising young Maccabi movement
