On the occasion of Timber Day in 1942, the Dijon philatelic association, taking inspiration from the Streasbourg Block, took advantage of this event to fairs print on the white strip which separated two sheets of T.P. 0,10 Mercure, The announcement of his Exhibition.
Due to some controversies raised by this initiative, a member of the appreciation sent to the manager Petain three envelopes, shipped from Dijon located in the occupied zone, to Vichy in the free zone, by special mail, via Paris.The marshal returned from one of them with the stamps of postage overloaded with his personal claw.

1943, TUNIS FELD POST. the marks on medium chrome yellow paper with net structure is real. it is without gumming and comes from the arc field 91. the marye is in a normal conservation for this issue with the typical manufacturing teeth. the stamps is nichy signed. see picture below. 1943. British propaganda forgeries for Italy: 25 C. and 50 C. "Italian German weapons brotherhood issue 1941", in perfect condition unused with original gumming and hinge trace respectively the value to 50 C. unused with original gumming and affixed spots, very scarce stamps and first in the 46. printing of the Michel Germany special catalogue (2016) listed, always photo expertize Brunel VP (2017) respectively (2018) : "the condition is perfect.
