On left side center "Five Hundred Prutot"  and Serial Number. On frame the signature of M.SHAMIR on right and on left stamp of Shamir Bros. Tel Aviv.  This Sketch features in book of "SHAMIR DESIGNS" kept at the Israel Museum Jerusalem.
